We endeavor to post items within 24hrs of receiving your order, but please allow up to 14 days delivery time in the UK, and Europe and 30 days worldwide. Penkiln Burn Produce accept no liability for delays in delivery which are outside of our control and cannot be held responsible for any customs and tax charges which may occur outside of the UK.

When goods have sold out they will, quite likely, never be printed again. Returns In the unfortunate event of damaged or faulty goods, Penkiln Burn Produce will offer a full refund upon the item being returned to us including the original packaging.
